Net Zero Commitment – Blake Office Supplies Ltd

Blake Office Supplies Ltd is fully committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040, well ahead of the UK’s national target of 2050.

As a small supplier with only 3 employees operating a remote-working model, our absolute emissions are already very low (4.0 tCO₂e in 2024/25, equivalent to ≈1.3 tCO₂e per employee). Despite our small scale, we take our environmental responsibility seriously and are dedicated to continuous improvement across all scopes.

Key Commitments:

• Reduce absolute emissions by 50% by 2030 (from our 2023/24 baseline of 4.9 tCO₂e).
• Reach Net Zero by 2040 across Scope 1, Scope 2, and all relevant Scope 3 categories.
• Ongoing initiatives include 100% renewable electricity, paperless operations, carbon-neutral deliveries, low-carbon purchasing, and future offsets via Gold Standard / UK woodland projects from 2027.

This commitment is detailed in our full Carbon Reduction Plan and aligns with PPN 06/21, using UK Government GHG Conversion Factors 2024.
